Memory Book - Signature Sheet

For my signature sheet, I created a coffee shop scene with a notebook for signatures. I used various pictures to complete the look, along with coffee stain brushes

Tape and Curl

I combined the tape and curl tutorials into one image using one of the polaroids from my class of 2013 collage. I also added a wood background just because :)

Class of 2013 Collage

Here is my Class of 2013 collage with a bunch of Polaroids. I used the photoshop actions to make all of the pictures and then added a clipping mask with the text. I also added a wood background just for kicks :)

Text Carved in Bark

For the text carved in bark tutorial, I used the lower pictures of bark and wood grain to achieve the desired effect along with some layer style effects

Friend Collage Project

Here is my friend collage project. I decided to use principles from the retro poster tutorial to complete this. I used the two paper textures to create a background along with some rendered clouds. Then I proceeded to select the portions of each picture I wanted using the selection tools and pixel masks. After I had all of them arranged, I changed to blending mode to multiply for half of them and vivid light for the other half. Then, I used an intricate series of layer masks to make sure each picture was directly over the background rather than the other pictures. This gave each picture the worn paper effect. Last, I filled in the blank spots with some patterns and added a caption :)

Guitar Design

 

I used a blue guitar to complete this tutorial, as well as the silhouette of myself from the iPod picture.

Movie Poster

For the powerball tutorial, I decided to use Orlando Bloom and stick him on a fantasy-ish background with a ball of energy shooting out of his hand. Should be a pretty good movie... :D
I also used a gradient layer over a rendered cloud layer to give the sky a more ominous look, and I used a second gradient layer to reflect some of the sky's color onto Orlando.

Vintage Polaroids

I used the vintage polaroid tutorial to create these pictures. Instead of just using one picture, I went ahead and used three, though.

Retro Poster

 I used the retro poster tutorial to create the top image out of the source images below it. This tutorial turned out really cool!

Digital Makeover

I combined the skills from all of the digital makeover tutorials to makeover my own face. the original picture is the top left picture, and the altered picture is the top right. the bottom picture explains the alterations I made to the original.

For this tutorial, I used different techniques to fix the skin tone highlight on this kid's face

Digital Makeover - Wrinkle Removal

For this tutorial, i used the healing brush tool to remove this lady's wrinkles and make her look 30 years younger

Digital Makeover - Whiten Teeth

For this tutorial, i used the dodge tool to whiten this person's teeth. out of all of the methods presented in the tutorial, i found this one to be the most successful

Digital Makeover - Eye Makeup

For this tutorial, I used various brush techniques to give this lady some eye makeup.

Digital Makeover - Highlights

For this digital makeover tutorial, i used the quick mask selection mode to give this woman some turquoise highlights

Digital Makeover - Nose Job

For this tutorial, I used the liquify tool to change her nose shape from the one of the top to the one on the bottom

Clone Stamp Tool

I used the clone stamp tool to make a field full of horses watching you. pretty cool tool, it took a while to figure out the rotation settings, but i like the way it turned out

Spot Healing Brush Tool

For this tutorial, I used the spot healing brush tool to remove blemishes on this woman's face. now she looks just fabulous :)

Content Aware Tool

I used photoshop's content aware tool to get rid of the wooden pole on in front of the mountains and the stump on the ground in front of the sign. this tool is pretty awesome!

Flyaway Hair - Basic Masking Tutorial

For the basic masking tutorial, i took this wedding model and put her on a forest background using a pixel mask to include all of her hair.

Color Match

Here's the color match tutorial. I decided to change this guy's nice leather jacket into a pink leather jacket. The edges turned out a bit weird, but besides that, this turned out pretty cool
